By booking a course through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
* A deposit is required to secure your place on the course. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course Access & Rescheduling
* Once you receive access to the online portal, course dates cannot be rescheduled or changed.
* It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to attend the course on the scheduled dates.

3. Payment & Fees
* Full payment must be made by the specified due date to maintain your booking.
* Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
* If you decide to cancel your enrollment, the deposit and any fees paid are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be provided once access to the online portal has been granted.

5. Course Conduct & Requirements
* Participants must adhere to the course guidelines and policies.
* Access to the online portal is personal and should not be shared with others.
* If you can not attend all in person days you will not be able to complete the course.

6. Liability
* We are not responsible for any disruptions or technical issues beyond our control that may impact course delivery.
* We reserve the right to amend or update these terms as necessary.

7. Post-Course Responsibility
* Once the course is completed, we are not responsible for securing clients or providing job placement opportunities.
